How do I find the IMEI number?
Apple: Go to Settings > General and tap About, scroll down to the bottom to find the IMEI/MEID and ICCID.
Samsung: Check the phone's back panel or under the battery, or go to Settings > About phone. You can also dial *#06# on the keypad.
Google: Go to Settings > About phone, scroll down to find the IMEI, or dial *#06#.
How do I find out what model my device is?
Go to the settings icon on your device, and scroll down to About.
Apple: How do I remove my iCloud account from my iPhone?
Tap Settings > [your name], then scroll down to the bottom and tap "Sign Out."
Android: How do I remove my Samsung/Google account from my phone?
Samsung: Go to Settings > Accounts and backup, tap Manage accounts, select your Samsung account, tap Remove account, then "Sign Out."
Google: Open Settings > Passwords & accounts, select the Google account you want to remove, then tap "Remove Account."
